Training Manager

We’re hiring for the Training and Development role for the facility services!At Ethiqual Global Pvt.Ltd., we believe that people excellence drives service excellence.The Training Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs across healthcare, education, corporate, and real estate facility management operations.This role focuses on identifying training needs, creating tailored learning solutions, and enhancing employee skills and performance to support operational excellence across multiple sites in India.Key Responsibilities:✅ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across housekeeping, security, transport, and support services.✅ Design and deliver technical, soft skills, and safety training programs.✅ Develop and implement induction, refresher, and supervisory training modules.✅ Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain MIS & compliance records.✅ Ensure compliance with industry standards through targeted training✅ Monitor and improve training outcomes continuously✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business goalsQualifications:✅ 5–8 years of experience in training within facility management / hospitality / service industry.✅Strong communication, facilitation, and people management skills.✅Passionate about developing workforce capabilities and improving service quality.✅Willing to travel across client locations.Location: Bavdhan, Pune (ready to travel across India)Industry: Integrated Facility ManagementIf you’re ready to build a skilled, motivated, and service-oriented workforce — we’d love to meet you!Send your CV to ta.lead@
