The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures. Daily responsibilities include overseeing employee benefits, managing personnel records, recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves supporting HR management in performance reviews, resolving workplace conflicts, and identifying opportunities for employee engagement. QualificationsThorough knowledge of Human Resources, Human Resource Management, and Personnel ManagementStrong understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits managementExperience in developing and implementing HR practices and managing employee relationsStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and maintain confidentialityA bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior HR experience is preferred, and familiarity with labor laws will be an added advantage
