Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership · Provide visionary HR leadership in alignment with the goals of IU and IGI. · Develop and implement HR strategies that support institutional growth and academic excellence. · Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and policy formulation.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning · Lead recruitment initiatives for faculty, administrative, and leadership positions. · Oversee workforce planning, competency mapping, and succession planning. · Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.Performance Management & Capability Development · Strengthen performance management systems to encourage continuous improvement. · Lead Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives focused on faculty and staff capability-building. · Develop leadership development programs and professional training modules.HR Operations, Systems & Compliance · Oversee end-to-end HR operations, employee life cycle management, and payroll. · Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and digital HR tools. · Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, university regulations, and accreditation requirements. · Establish transparent and efficient HR processes for grievance redressal, employee relations, and policy governance.Educational Qualification: · MBA in Human Resource Management/General Management from a recognized university. · Ph.D. in HR/Management (Desirable).Experience: · 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles. · Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a university or educational institution (mandatory). · Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, L&D, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. · Demonstrated ability to lead HR transformation and manage digital HR systems.
