Proven experience in hiring across junior, mid, and senior levels.- Sourcing ExcellenceDemonstrate strong research and sourcing capabilities to identify, assess, and engage niche talent. Hands-on expertise with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.- Leadership & Team ManagementLead, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.- Negotiation & ClosureDrive end-to-end hiring cycles with precision, ensuring superior candidate experience and negotiation outcomes.- Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop recruitment dashboards, performance reports, and market insights for client presentations and internal reviews.- Revenue Impact & Commercial AlignmentAlign hiring priorities with revenue-generating functions (Sales, Delivery, Billable Roles) to accelerate business outcomes. Track and improve recruiter productivity, fill ratios, and turnaround times to enhance revenue realization and client retention.What We’re Looking For- 5–10 years of experience in non-tech recruitment within a search, consulting, or agency setup - Stable career trajectory with a consistent record of delivering results across diverse mandates - Deadline-driven and detail-oriented, with strong execution and multitasking capabilities - Demonstrated ability to source and engage niche talent across functions and leadership levels - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in using data for insights and decision making - Curious, adaptable, and eager to expand domain expertise across industries
