With a strong talent network across India and other low-cost markets, we partner with US enterprises, product companies, and staffing firms to fulfill their project-based hiring needs efficiently.About the Role We are seeking aproactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executivewho will work closely with our end clients to ensure smooth coordination, timely updates on Beeline/vendor portals, and seamless support for deployed resources. The ideal candidate should be aself-starter , well-organized, and comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams.CTC Offered : 6 LPAKey Responsibilities Client Coordination & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with end clients. Coordinate with client managers for onboarding, documentation, compliance, and operational requirements. Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution. Vendor Portal / Beeline Management Update and maintain all required data inBeelineor similar VMS portals (timesheets, onboarding, extensions, billing details, offboarding). Monitor timesheet submissions and approvals, follow up with resources and clients as needed. Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry and compliance documentation. HR Operations & Support Assist in onboarding of new joiners including documentation, ID creation, induction support, etc. Maintain employee records and trackers (attendance, leave, documents, POs, invoicing support). Manage offboarding process including exit formalities, F&F support, and asset return tracking. Reporting & Documentation Prepare weekly/monthly reports for client updates, deployment status, and timesheet/billing summaries. Maintain trackers for contract validity, renewals, and compliance documentation. Coordination with Internal Teams Collaborate with recruitment, finance, compliance, and operations teams for smooth workflow. Follow up on internal dependencies to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Experience withBeelineor any Vendor Management System (VMS) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Self-starter , proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–4 years of experience in HR operations, staffing coordination, or client servicing (freshers with good communication skills may apply).What We Offer Opportunity to work directly with prestigious clients.
