ViralMint Media Pvt Ltd is looking out for the Sr. HR generalistCompany Name: ViralMint Media Pvt.Ltd Location: Pune (Baner) On sit job Experience: 5+YearsResponsibilities :1) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Manage end-to-end hiring process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Conduct HR interviews and salary negotiations. Manage onboarding, orientation and documentation for new joiners. Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring trackers.2) HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management- Handle employee records, personnel files, HRMS data, and documentation. Coordinate Performance Management System (PMS), Monthly & Quarterly rating cycles, and feedback sessions. Support payroll inputs – attendance, regularization, leave management. Manage exit process including exit interviews and full-and-final clearance.3) Employee Engagement & Relations- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and cultural events. Address employee queries and grievances in collaboration with HR Manager. Conduct induction and policy awareness sessions4) Administration Responsibilities- Oversee office admin activities such as stationery, facility management & vendor coordination. Manage asset allocation & return processes (laptops, ID cards, etc.) Support insurance coordination, nominee details & documentation. Assist in travel, courier management & security support when needed.Skills and Qualifications :Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
