Job Title:Apprentice (Human Resources) Location:Gurgaon, Pune Department : HR Stipend– 15k/month for a year Working hours:3PM – 12AM IST | 5 days working from office Job overview:Key responsibilities: Support the on-boarding process by preparing employee documentation, organising orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Assist with maintaining and updating employee records in HR software. Assist with organising employee training and development sessions. Support employee engagement activities and initiatives. Assist with processing payroll data with accuracy. Preparing the HR communication – Fyler for Birthday / Work Anniversary / Festivities. Prepare reports on HR metrics and assist in HR analytics. Support with addressing employee inquiries and assist in resolving basic HR-related issues. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and preparing documentation. Support HR projects and initiatives as necessary.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail and organisational skills.
