Corporate Recruiter Job Description: Responsibilities Responsible for finding domestic candidates for all internal positions within company, including US IT Recruiters, HR personnel, Payroll and administrative staff. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) Utilize various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, professional networks etc), LinkedIn, internal database and referrals Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes during various hiring stages, including phone calls Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Recruiter (any of the following: in-house, corporate, US/UK/APAC staffing, talent acquisition etc) Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
