Job Title: HRMS Payroll Tech Consultant Experience: 8–10 Years Location: Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Noida (Hybrid) Work Mode: Hybrid Budget: ₹18 LPA Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HRMS Payroll Tech Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL). The candidate will handle end-to-end technical responsibilities including integration, customization, conversions, and support. Mandatory Skills: Oracle HRMS & Payroll integration Oracle Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Payroll Processing, Prepayment, Costing & GL transfer PL/SQL, Fast Formula, Procedures, Functions, Packages Oracle Workflow, XML/RDF Reports, Interfaces Data conversions, customization, extensions, personalization Roles & Responsibilities: Analyze, design, test, and implement HRMS business systems Handle Payroll and Core HR integration tasks Perform HRMS data conversions and custom development Create technical solutions, reports, and interfaces using PL/SQL & XML/RDF Collaborate with business teams and support payroll processes Additional Requirements: 8+ years of professional experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle EBS HRMS Must have attended Oracle Payroll projects and worked with integrations Willingness to travel as per project requirements Prior Oracle employees within the last 24 months may not be eligible
