Role Description: This is a full-time on-site Recruitment Coordinator (US project) role located in Pune. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in streamlining the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will be responsible for delivering offshore-based direct referencing support and services to our clients in the US. Over time, the role may expand to include detailed candidate assessments and onboarding coordination.
