Key Responsibilities: Achieve regional student recruitment targets for international institutions. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet company goals. Build and manage relationships with education agents, schools and universities. Organise and represent Kampus Group in recruitment fairs, webinars and marketing campaigns. Advise students on course options, university admissions and visa requirements. Maintain accurate data of inquiries, applications and conversions. Stay updated on immigration policies and compliance requirements. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business development. Who We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in student recruitment/study abroad industry. Strong background in sales, marketing and educational consultancy. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong local and international network within the education sector.
