Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Intern located in Pune. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The intern will support Management and will contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) skills Proficiency in HR Management and HR Policies Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented environment Proactive and eager to learn Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
