The responsibilities include evaluating and developing personalized therapy plans, providing physical therapy treatment, supervising rehabilitation sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create optimal care outcomes. The role also involves educating patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and ensuring continuity of care for patients transitioning to home care.QualificationsExpertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation methodologiesStrong background in PediatricsExperience in a clinical setupExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and their familiesRelevant licensure or certification in Physical TherapyProven track record of handling pediatric cases is a plusAbility to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
