The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include evaluating communication needs, implementing therapy plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic care for clients. The candidate will work in a client-centered environment that values quality care and professional development.Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy and managing Speech disorders Expertise in diagnosing and treating Dysphagia Familiarity with assessment and intervention strategies for Communication Disorders Experience in managing and treating Language Disorders Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with caregivers and other professionals Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field Hold a valid license or certification to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Empathy, patience, and an ability to motivate clients Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
