Digital Clinical Assessment● Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and define functional goals.● Perform gait analysis and biomechanical evaluations for digital design inputs.● Assess ROM, muscle strength, stump condition, and suitability for 3D workflows.● Document all clinical insights within the digital patient management system.2. 3D Scanning & Digital Prescription● Capture patient limb geometry using 3D scanning technology with high accuracy.● Provide precise measurements and digital inputs to eliminate manual casting errors.● Facilitate seamless transition between clinical assessment and digital design.3. CAD Collaboration & 3D Fabrication Integration● Review CAD models generated by clinical designers and AI-based systems.● Validate digital modifications aligned with clinical objectives and patient comfort.● Coordinate with the 3D printing and quality assurance teams for optimal fabricationoutcomes.4. Fitting, Alignment & Patient Training● Conduct static and dynamic fitting of 3D-printed sockets.● Perform alignment adjustments to ensure biomechanical accuracy and comfort.● Provide comprehensive patient education on device care, usage, and rehabilitation.5. Documentation, Reporting & Communication● Maintain detailed digital records of assessments, fittings, and follow-ups.● Communicate effectively with clinical designers, engineers, physicians, and patients.● Participate in multidisciplinary discussions, case reviews, and performance audits.6.
