This role provides the opportunity to practice cutting-edge neurosurgery in a state-of-the-art facility while enjoying an exceptional island lifestyle in a vibrant, multicultural environment.Key Responsibilities:• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological conditions requiring surgical intervention. • Perform complex neurosurgical procedures involving the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves.• Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, and anesthesiologists to develop integrated treatment plans.• Utilize advanced imaging, navigation, and microsurgical tools to ensure precision and safety in all procedures.• Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care.• Supervise, train, and mentor junior doctors and residents in neurosurgical techniques and protocols. • Maintain detailed patient records and comply with hospital documentation standards.• Participate in clinical research, departmental meetings, and continuing education initiatives.Qualifications:• MBBS with M.Ch. / DNB in Neurosurgery from a recognized institution.• Valid medical license to practice as a Neurosurgeon.• Minimum 5–8 years of post-specialization clinical and surgical experience.• Expertise in microsurgery, endoscopic neurosurgery, spinal and trauma procedures.• Excellent decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
