The ideal candidate will be clinically strong, calm under pressure, and committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced ICU environment.Key Responsibilities- Provide continuous and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients - Monitor vital signs, ventilators, infusion pumps, and other life-support equipment - Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as per physician orders - Assist doctors during procedures, emergencies, and bedside interventions - Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation - Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition - Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and ICU protocols - Support patients’ families with updates and emotional care as per hospital policy - Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and allied healthcare teamsEligibility & Qualifications- B.Sc Nursing / GNM (mandatory) - Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration - Experience: - Minimum 1–3 years of ICU experience preferred - Freshers with ICU training may also be considered - Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night)Required Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of ICU protocols and critical care procedures - Hands-on experience with ventilators and monitoring systems - Excellent clinical judgment and observation skills - Ability to work efficiently under pressure - Compassionate approach with strong communication skills - Team-oriented mindset and professional disciplineWhy Join VishwaRaj Hospital?- One of Pune’s best multispecialty hospitals - Exposure to advanced ICU setups and expert medical teams - Professional growth in a patient-focused, ethical healthcare environment - Competitive salary with learning and development opportunities
