Family involvement through training and support is emphasized to aid in the child's development at home and in the community.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Behavioral Therapist. The Behavioral Therapist will work with children with autism, implementing customized treatment plans based on ABA methodologies. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, assessing progress, addressing challenging behaviors, and improving communication, social, and play engagement skills. The therapist will also collaborate with families, training them in ABA techniques, and participate in team meetings to discuss and refine treatment plans.QualificationsBachelors or Masters in psychologyStrong Interpersonal Skills and experience in Working With ChildrenExcellent communication and observational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team and engage with familiesCertification in ABA or related fields and experience in a similar role is highly desirable
