Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer- Delinea

About the Role The role supports an end to end Lifecycle of privileged access management.As an Application Security Consultants, the person should leverage the technical expertise of the security competencies, varied product and delivery capabilities.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseCandidate with 8 + years of experience in IT domain with 4+ years on Delinea (Thycotic) PAM implementation with Thycotic Certification (Optional).Experience in development and end to end implementation, design and architecture of privileged access solution using Delinea Secret Server.Experience in onboarding secrets, remote password changing, configuring roles & Permissions, configuring folder structure, secret templates, secret policy, launchers, session recording, account discovery, sites, event subscriptions, event pipeline policy and other operational activities for Delinea Secret Server.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories (LDAP, AD), etc and PowerShell scripts in PAM solutionREST API Automations using PowerShell Scripting (Bulk Upload Utility options, Account Onboarding PowerShell Script, User Deletion using Script PowerShell Script)Good understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with directories such as active directory Support day-to-day operation for Privilege access management .Ensure that PAM practices comply with SOX and other regulatory requirements.Conduct regular audits and assessments of privileged access management processes and recommend improvements as necessary.Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents involving privileged accounts.Must be a collaborative teammate with good verbal and written communication skillAbility to break down complexity, clearly articulate product requirements, and prioritize enhancement requestsCreating and Maintaining technical documentation/SOPsAbout YouBasic Qualifications:6+ years of experience in PAM Thycotic.Strong understanding of SOX compliance and best practices for privileged access management.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering etc.Superb communication skills to influence and build trust with Senior management, Workmates, and internal customers. Ability to address both business and technical audiences
