Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trauma Intensive Care Nurse located in Pune. The Trauma Intensive Care Nurse will be responsible for providing critical care to trauma patients, performing medical procedures, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. Qualifications Skills in Trauma Nursing, Trauma Intensive Care, and Nursing Critical Care Medicine and Medicine expertise Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment Relevant experience in a trauma or critical care setting Valid nursing license and certifications in trauma and critical care Advanced life support certifications (e.g., ACLS, ATLS) are beneficial
