Job Title: Team Lead - Warehouse OperationsLocation: Wadki, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site).Job Summary:As Assistant Team Lead for Warehouse Operations, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, lead a team of 10-15associates, and own end-to-end inventory management. This role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on optimizing processes to minimize stock discrepancies, reduce costs, and support D2C order fulfilment targets.Key Responsibilities:Manage inbound/outbound operations, including receiving, put-away,picking, packing, and shipping to achieve 99%+ order accuracy.Lead inventory controlprocesses: cycle counts,stock audits, ABC analysis, and reconciliation using WMS/SaaS tools.Supervise and mentor warehouseteam, including hiring,training, performance reviews, and shift scheduling to maintain high productivity and low turnover.Drive process improvements: Implement SOPs for efficiency, waste reduction, and compliance with GST, FSSAI (if applicable), and safety standards.Monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, order fulfilment SLA (e.g., 24-hour dispatch), shrinkage 98%.Handle escalations, root cause analysisfor discrepancies, and report insightsvia dashboards/monthly reviews.Qualifications & Experience:3+ yearsof hands-on experience in warehouse operations, with at least1 year in a supervisory/lead role (D2C/e-commerce preferred).Proven expertise in inventory management: FIFO/FEFO and varianceresolution.Proficiency in WMS/ERPtools; advanced Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Knowledge of Increff is preferred.Strong knowledge of warehouse compliance, audits, and Indianregulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;ability to thrive in a high-volume, target-driven setup.
