Warehouse Executive

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing the storage, handling, and distribution of food products while ensuring compliance with food safety standards, inventory accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishmentConduct regular physical stock audits and cycle countsMinimize wastage, spoilage, and expired goods (FIFO/FEFO adherence)2. Goods Handling & StorageSupervise receiving, unloading, and storage of goodsEnsure proper labeling, stacking, and storage conditions (temperature, hygiene)Maintain cold storage standards if applicable3. Dispatch & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate order picking, packing, and dispatchEnsure timely delivery of goods to customers/outletsWork closely with logistics and transport teams4. Compliance & Food SafetyEnsure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and hygiene standardsMaintain cleanliness and sanitation in the warehouseEnsure proper pest control and safety practices5. Documentation & ReportingMaintain inward/outward registers, GRNs, and dispatch recordsPrepare daily/weekly inventory and dispatch reportsUse warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools6. Team CoordinationSupervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpersAssign daily tasks and monitor productivityEnsure adherence to safety protocols
