TKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient functioning of equipment, machinery, and facilities.Lead predictive, routine maintenance,preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance in a planned manner &prioritization.Coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance tasks, and equipment inspections to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.Ensure adequate inventory of machine spare parts and develop an efficient system for procurement and storage to minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with standards, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions for safety and regulatory adherence.Monitoring MTTR and MTBF for equipment, analyzing data, and implementing measures to improve performance. INCUMBENT PROFILE:BE-Electrical with 15 years experience, working in HVAC manufacturing plant, specializing in plant utility operations and machine maintenance.Expertise in preventive maintenance schedule planning, budget formulation, annual planning, troubleshooting, manpower planing and risk assessment analysis.ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 15-20LPAQueries:-
