POSITION DESCRIPTIONJob Title : Personal Assistant (Business + Personal)Type/Department : Full TimeReports to : Founders OfficeLocation : PuneRole OverviewA hands‑on Personal Assistant who owns end‑to‑end support across business and personal for the Founder. You’ll orchestrate calendars, travel (domestic & international), events, vendors, errands, and guest hospitality, with 24×7 responsiveness during peak periods. Discretion, judgment, and a no‑task‑too‑small mindset are essential.Key Responsibilities• Calendar & comms (business + personal): Fully own the Founder’s calendar, brief notes, reminders, follow‑ups; coordinate across time zones; draft/reschedule with polish.• Travel (domestic & international): Plan and book flights, hotels, visas, and ground transport for Founder & family; build watertight itineraries and contingencies.• Home & personal support: Coordinate household needs, repairs, deliveries; run errands; maintain checklists and supplies; support family events and celebrations.• Guest & phone hospitality: Be super polite and welcoming to guests and callers; manage RSVPs; prepare rooms/refreshments; maintain impeccable phone etiquette.• Vendors & staff: Liaise with service providers, office/household staff, drivers, caterers, visa agents; maintain an up‑to‑date vendor roster.• Expenses & simple admin: Track expenses, reconcile statements, and maintain tidy records.• Confidentiality & judgment: Handle sensitive personal/professional matters with absolute discretion.• Availability: On‑call/24×7 readiness; flexible for late nights, early mornings, weekends, and travel surges.Qualifications & Experience• Relevant PA/EA experience supporting a senior principal or high‑net‑worth family• Demonstrated strength across business, personal, and home support.• Multi‑lingual advantage: Excellent English plus Hindi/Marathi; additional Indian or international languages are a plus.• Polished communication and hospitality; calm, courteous phone manner.• High organization, prioritization, and problem‑solving; “never say no”/do‑what‑it‑takes mindset.• Proficiency with Google/Microsoft suites; familiarity with travel/expense tools.• Valid passport; comfortable with frequent domestic & international travel.
