Job Title: Rotatry Equipment Specialist Locations: PAN INDIA Experience: 10+ Years (Relevant) Employment Type: Contract to Hire Work Mode : Work From Office Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Job Description: Required Skills & Experience (Expanded): Extensive Industry Experience (10–15 years): Proven track record in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically in managing, maintaining, and optimising rotating equipment such as compressors, pumps, turbines, and motors. Experience should span across upstream, midstream, or downstream operations, with exposure to both field and plant environments. Technical Expertise in Rotating Equipment: Deep understanding of mechanical systems, failure modes, and reliability engineering principles. Ability to interpret equipment drawings, P&IDs, and OEM manuals. Skilled in conducting root cause analysis (RCA), reliability-centred maintenance (RCM), and condition-based monitoring. Hands-on Experience with Digital Tools: GE APM (Meridium): Proficient in navigating asset strategy modules, validating strategy logic, and reconciling maintenance recommendations. SAP PM: Skilled in creating and managing maintenance plans, task lists, and notifications. eSOMS: Familiar with electronic shift operations management systems for logging, tracking, and executing work orders and operational tasks. Project Execution & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead onsite execution of reliability programmes, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, maintenance, operations), and manage timelines and deliverables. Experience in pilot project execution and scaling solutions across multiple sites or business units. Asset Strategy Development & Implementation: Strong grasp of asset hierarchy, criticality assessment, and strategy formulation. Capable of aligning maintenance strategies with business goals, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Experience in integrating strategies into enterprise systems and ensuring data integrity. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with site teams, leadership, and external stakeholders. Ability to present technical findings, facilitate workshops, and drive consensus on strategy decisions. Skilled in preparing reports, SOWs, and technical documentation.
