Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced manager having sound knowledge and understanding of the home automation business. Capable of handling multiple projects and teams to ensure the site's progress. This role requires customer relationship management, team management, and independently handles all site-related challenges and offers the best solutions. Key responsibilities: Project Management : Oversee and coordinate the entire installation process for smart home automation and smart lighting systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction. Team Supervision : Lead and manage a team of installation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards. Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation process, addressing any concerns or questions and providing regular updates on project progress. Technical Expertise : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in smart home technology and automation systems, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and capable of installing and troubleshooting the latest products. Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installations, including project plans, client communications, and post-installation reports. Compliance and Safety : Ensure all installations comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the team. Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve installation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall client satisfaction. Key measures of success: Customer relationship management Project management Handling a team of project In-Charges and an installation team Responsible for the end-to-end customer journey Offer the best solution to customers' premises to ensure the highest quality of installation Ensure the highest quality resolutions for service and support calls Escalation of the issue identified and resolved in a structured manner to management Key Competencies: Communication skills Ability and willingness to learn Customer service Initiative Adaptability Project Management Qualifications: At least 8 years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Assistant.
