Shift Supervisor

Only Candidates who are willing to relocate to Istanbul, Türkiye can applyKey Responsibilities• Supervise production shifts & manpower.• Ensure smooth molding & extrusion operations.• Monitor production output, quality & rejection levels.• Ensure RM/PM/material availability as per plan.• Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance, Store, PPC.• Maintain safety, discipline & housekeeping.• Handle basic machine maintenance and escalate breakdowns.Qualifications & Skills• CIPET qualified with 4–5 years experience in molding, extrusion, assembly & packing.• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & ERP.• Leadership and manpower handling skills.• Comfortable working with women employees.• No strong political or religious bias.Basic Requirements• Valid passport (ECNR preferred).• Police Clearance Certificate.• Educational document verification.• Basic medical fitness certificate.• Willingness to learn Turkish.• Smartphone proficiency including translation apps.• Non-smoker & non-drinker preferred.• Non-vegetarian preferred.• Adaptability to multicultural environment.• Ability to manage household tasks.
