Job Description – Electrical Engineer (EPC/ Construction)Experience - 3 to 5+ YearsProject Location: Pune, India - (Candidate must be willing to work full-time at site locations)Salary - Up to ₹30,000 - ₹55,000 per month (Gross)(Salary will be commensurate with experience and project exposure)Immediate joiners - Candidates available to start a new role within 0–7 daysRole & ResponsibilitiesExecution and supervision of electrical installation works at project sites as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.Hands-on experience in:LT & HT Power Cable Laying Transformer installationCable Tray installationHT / LT Panel erection & terminationConduit installationLighting & Small Power worksEarthing & Lightning Protection SystemCoordination with:Client / PMC team for interface activitiesConsultants, PMC and clients for inspections & approvalsSub-contractors and site techniciansPlanning and execution of daily and weekly site activities to meet project milestones.Monitoring site manpower productivity and material utilization.Ensuring compliance with approved shop drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.Preparation and verification of:Site measurementsDaily progress reports (DPR)Material reconciliation statementsEnsuring adherence to site safety norms and quality standards.Supporting testing, commissioning, and handover activities.Handling client queries and closing site-level technical issues.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong technical knowledge of industrial & commercial electrical systemsAbility to independently handle site executionGood understanding of drawings, layouts, and schematicsStrong coordination and leadership skillsPractical problem-solving ability at siteWillingness to work in challenging site conditionsPreferred Candidate ProfileCandidate currently working or previously worked on industrial projectsExperience in Electrical EPC / Turnkey construction companiesReady for long-term site deployment in Gujarat & MaharashtraStrong execution mindset with hands-on exposure.Qualification:B. Tech / BE – Electrical Engineering OR Diploma – Electrical EngineeringIndustry PreferenceElectrical Turnkey / EPC Projects / ConstructionProject Type Exposure (Mandatory)Industrial Projects (Preferred)Commercial BuildingsData CentresIT / Corporate Buildings
