JOB OPENING: ELECTRICAL SITE ENGINEERCompany: Jamshri Realty LimitedProject: Jamshri CityLocation: SolapurWork Type: Full-time, on-siteExperience Required: 2–5 yearsJoining: Immediate / early joining preferredJamshri Realty Limited is hiring a Site Electrical Engineer for Jamshri City, our growing mixed-use real estate campus in Solapur.Jamshri City is being developed as an integrated destination that brings together retail, hospitality, food & beverage, sports, entertainment, commercial spaces, infrastructure, sustainability-led experiences and upcoming residential development within one campus.The selected candidate will get hands-on exposure to a wide range of active and upcoming works, including commercial fit-outs, electrical infrastructure, MEP coordination, utility planning, customer-facing facilities, solar and sustainability-linked systems, and future residential development.For an electrical engineer, this role offers the opportunity to work across different project types, coordinate with multiple agencies, and develop strong practical site experience in a fast-growing real estate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise electrical work execution at active project sitesCoordinate with electrical contractors, MEP vendors and internal project teamsReview electrical drawings and ensure site execution as per approved plansMonitor conduit, wiring, DB/panel, lighting, power and utility-related worksSupport testing, commissioning, snagging and rectification workMaintain daily site updates, progress reports and issue logsCoordinate with civil, project and operations teams for smooth executionEnsure safety standards and quality checks at siteCandidate RequirementsDiploma / BE in Electrical Engineering2–5 years of relevant electrical site experienceExperience in commercial, residential, industrial, MEP or fit-out projects preferredAbility to read drawings and coordinate with site teamsPractical, disciplined and willing to work full-time on site in SolapurStrong follow-up ability and comfort with daily reportingCompensation₹2.4L–₹3.6L per annum, depending on experience, site capability and interview assessment.
