Endpoint Management Engineer (Intune)

Job Summary:We are looking for a hands-on Endpoint Management Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in setting up Intune from scratch, deploying devices, and managing and troubleshooting endpoints across Windows, Android, and Apple ecosystems.Key Responsibilities:Perform end-to-end setup and configuration of Microsoft IntuneManage device lifecycle: enrolment, provisioning, configuration, compliance, and decommissioningDeploy and manage Windows laptops, Android devices, iPhones, and iPads via IntuneConfigure and manage Autopilot, BYOD, and corporate device enrollment methodsDeploy applications, patches, and updates across all managed endpointsImplement and manage compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselinesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, policy application, app deployment, and accessIntegrate Intune with Azure AD (Entra ID) and support Conditional Access policiesProvide L2/L3 support for endpoint-related incidents and user issuesRequired Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (mandatory)Proven experience in Intune setup, deployment, and troubleshootingExperience managing Windows, Android, and iOS/iPadOS devicesStrong knowledge of MDM/MAM concepts and real-world implementationExperience with Windows Autopilot and device provisioningFamiliarity with Azure AD / Entra ID and identity-based device managementStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills:Experience with endpoint security, compliance frameworks, and Conditional AccessKnowledge of patch management and automationMicrosoft certifications
