You like collaborating with engineers, security and IT partners, and you’re comfortable balancing reliability with the need to move quickly. At Access, you’ll have the freedom to shape how our platforms run while growing your skills in a supportive, down-to-earth environment.Day-to-day, you will:• Keep our platforms running smoothly by improving reliability, performance and availability, using clear service goals and practical monitoring.• Build, run and improve secure cloud infrastructure across Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, networking and identity access.• Support and evolve our Kubernetes platforms, making sure containerised applications are easy to deploy, scale and recover when things go wrong.• Improve how we detect and respond to issues by strengthening monitoring, alerting, runbooks and incident reviews, so problems are fixed faster and don’t repeat.Your skills and experiences might also include:• Experience working with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, and using automation to reduce manual work.• Knowledge of observability tools and standards, such as OpenTelemetry, to collect and make sense of logs, metrics and traces.• An interest in security-first engineering, including identity and access management, single sign-on and least-privilege access.• Curiosity about using AI-assisted tools to help with troubleshooting, documentation and day-to-day operational work.What are we all about?
