We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together.What we are looking forRole: Infra Automation Engineer(VMware & Ansible)Experience Range: 6 to 10 YearsLocation: Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, DelhiMust Have:Develop and maintain automation and tools using various programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Ruby, Bash).Utilize configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) to automate Infrastructure setup and management.Design and implement automated workflows for system provisioning, configuration management, patching, monitoring, and incident response.Integrate automated solutions with existing IT service management (ITSM) and monitoring systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including platform, storage, and networking to identify requirements and develop solutions.Ensure automation solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance standards.Document automated processes, code releases, and Infrastructure configurations.Good to Have:Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Infrastructure automation or a related role.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one or more scripting language (Python or PowerShell preferred). Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet). Solid understanding of private cloud (e.g., VMware VCF, Nutanix) and virtualization technologies. Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems and basic networking required.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Essential:Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on complex systems. Good communication and teamwork abilities.Minimum Qualification:15 years of full-time educationMinimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
