Hiring: Senior Automation Engineer - Siemens PLC & SCADA Pune, India Industrial Automation Full-timeAt Goose Industrial Solutions, we are expanding our expert engineering team and looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to lead cutting-edge automation projects across the dairy, beverage, and food processing industries.As part of our Siemens Authorised System Integrator team, you will take ownership of projects from design to commissioning, working on high-impact industrial solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and deploy Siemens S7-1500 PLC programs using TIA PortalDesign and configure SCADA systems using WinCC UnifiedCreate robust control logic for CIP systems, pasteurizers, and plant utilitiesLead system integration, FAT/SAT, and on-site commissioning (factory & client locations)Prepare detailed engineering documentation: P&IDs, I/O lists, protocolsMentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with clients throughout project executionRequirements:Strong experience with Siemens S7-300 / S7-1500 PLC programmingProficiency in TIA Portal and WinCC / WinCC UnifiedHands-on experience with industrial communication protocols: Profibus, Profinet, Modbus (RTU/TCP)Experience in HMI development (Siemens Comfort / Unified Panels)4+ years in industrial automation, including factory & site commissioningAdded Advantages:Experience in dairy or food & beverage processing industriesExposure to OPC UA, MQTT, or IoT-based integrationsFamiliarity with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell PLC systems
