Lead Frontend Engineer

Job Title: Lead Frontend Engineer – ReactJS / React NativeLocation: Pune Experience: 5–7 YearsJob Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in ReactJS and React Native to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy modern applications on cloud-native architectures.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native.Collaborate with product owners, architects, and backend teams to define technical solutions and ensure seamless system integration.Design and implement reusable components, responsive UI, and optimized performance for cross-platform applications.Drive and enforce best practices in coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.Work closely with cloud and DevOps engineers to deploy and manage applications on Azure Cloud using Docker and Kubernetes.Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and event-driven systems for real-time data processing.Identify performance bottlenecks and ensure application scalability and security.Required Skills & Qualifications:5–7 years of hands-on experience in Frontend or Full Stack development.Strong proficiency in ReactJS, React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Experience in building cross-platform mobile applications and responsive web applications.Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and real-time data handling.Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, containerization using Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.Strong knowledge of performance optimization, security best practices, and modern UI/UX principles.Nice to Have:Experience with microservices-based architectures.Exposure to event-driven systems (Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, etc.).Prior experience in a technical lead or mentoring role.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and large-scale applicationsCollaborative and growth-oriented work environmentCompetitive compensation and benefitsStrong career progression and learning opportunities
