Shape the future with us.Job DescriptionAs a Solution Engineer your main functions/tasks will be:Design and develop warehouse automation solutions aligned with customer operational requirements.Collaborate closely with the sales team to analyze data, create system layouts, and prepare technical proposals for automation systems including conveyors, sortation systems, ASRS, and racking solutions.Optimize material flow, system efficiency, and scalability while supporting customer communication and pre-sales activities.Cooperate with the Solution Manager to complete other related work.Job Requirements:You have a Bachelor or Master in relevant study (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Logistical engineering or similar discipline).Preferably you have more than 5 years relevant working experiences.Requires solid experience in solution design, system layout development, and intralogistics automation.You are a good listener and communicator, creative and driven to win.You have a high degree of initiative and you are a team play who is enjoying working in an international teamYou are fluent in English and willing to travel internationally.
