Senior Voice Engineer - Long term Contract - REMOTE

Job Title: Senior Voice EngineerExperience: Minimum 7+ YearsLocation: India- REMOTERequired Skills:7–15 years of progressive experience in network/telecom engineering with significant hands-on work in Cisco collaboration/voice (Webex Calling, CUCM, CUBE/gateways). Proven experience automating network/telecom operations (Python, Ansible, Terraform or equivalent). Strong understanding of SIP trunking and Session Border Controllers (e.g., Ribbon SBCs) and carrier services (e.g., AT&T BVoIP, IP Flex). Solid knowledge of IP networking and security: TCP/IP, NAT, routing (OSPF/EIGRP/BGP), auth (TACACS/RADIUS). Experience with cloud networking (Azure or GCP) and hybrid/multi-cloud integrations. Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) or Meraki, and network management/observability (e.g., SolarWinds, NetQoS). Exposure to virtualization/orchestration (VMware ESX or similar). Clear, concise communication skills; ability to provide technical supervision and collaborate across teams.Preferred / Nice to Have Certifications such as Cisco CCNP Collaboration (CCIE Collaboration a plus), Webex Calling Specialist; cloud or networking certifications (Azure/GCP, SD-WAN). AI agent development and Machine Learning pipeline workflows. Knowledge of CI/CD practices for network/telecom automation (linting, testing, pipelines). Prior contributions to standards, templates, and reusable automation that improve operational consistency.
