The role involves converting design concepts into functional prototypes, working on mechanical assemblies, chassis structures, and plastic components using fabrication, rapid prototyping, and tooling techniques.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and assemble functional prototypes from CAD designs• Work on chassis structures, fabricated parts, and mechanical assemblies• Perform fitment checks, validation, and prototype testing• Fabricate components using cutting, bending, welding, machining, and assembly processes• Support development of plastic moulded parts and design for manufacturability• Operate 3D printers (FDM / SLA) and prepare models using slicing software• Design jigs, fixtures, and prototype tooling• Assist in tool and die development for prototype builds• Select appropriate engineering materials and coordinate prototype fabrication with vendorsRequirements: • Diploma / bachelor’s in mechanical or production engineering• 1–3 years experience in prototyping, fabrication, or product development• Hands-on experience in mechanical assemblies and prototype builds• SolidWorks / Creo / Fusion 360 / CATIA• Cura / Creality Slicer or similarTechnical Skills: • Mechanical prototyping & fabrication• Chassis and sheet metal fabrication• Plastic moulding fundamentals • 3D printing technologies• Tool & die development• Fixture and jig design• Engineering drawing interpretationGood To Have:• Exposure to D2C or B2B product launches• Experience scaling products from pilot to mass productionInterested candidates can share their profile/resume at
