This includes:All roles require banking or Finance industry experience and will be based across Pune, and Gandhinagar.Key: International Voice Process & Bank (Banking) & Night shift & Contracting roleAll 5 days working from Office. Night shift, voice process, communication should be top, banking/ finance domain must.We need immediate joiners150 Contact Center Associates/ Executive/ RepresentativesExperience level 3-7years max.Salary range Monthly 50K-53k budget.Send resumes to Duties and Responsibilities:Under minimum supervision, performs a variety of assignments that are moderately complex and require detailed knowledge of company and/or department procedures.Manages day-to-day operations of a team handling business customer servicing calls and emails for Treasury Management products.Provides real-time support, coaching, and guidance to associates handling complex customer issues and escalations.Monitors performance against KPIs such as productivity, quality, first call resolution, and customer experience.Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, compliance, and risk mitigation requirements.Supports issue resolution where multiple non-standard solutions are required.Conducts regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development coaching.Ensures team maintains up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and procedures.Identifies and escalates potential fraud, risk, or suspicious activity appropriately.Basic Qualifications:Basic computer and Microsoft Excel knowledgeExcellent spoken and written communication skillsStrong people management and coaching skillsAbility to manage escalations and complex customer interactionsWillingness to work in a call center environmentPreferred Qualifications:Prior team handling experience of 3 years or morePrevious call center experienceFinancial Industry experience and/orExperience with Treasury Management products & servicesManjunathStaffing ManagerNAM Info Pvt Ltd,29/2B-01, 1st Floor, K.R.
