The Sr AI/GenAI Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and Agentic AI solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art techniques in areas such as pattern recognition, neural networks, and NLP. This role includes overseeing software development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the advancement of AI research and applications to solve real-world problems.QualificationsExpertise in Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks for designing and implementing AI/GenAI model based solutions (2-5 years)Expertise in AI/GenAI infrastructure using vector, graph, hybrid databases (1-2 years)Experience in Agentic AI based Software DevelopmentProficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and applicationsExperience in deploying and operationalising ML/Agentic AI solutions in productionStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environmentAdvanced degree (MS or PhD) in CSE, AI/ML or a related fieldPrior experience in AI research and innovation is highly desirable
