Avisa is hiring a Founding AI Product Engineer to help build the first real version of our agentic AI-native growth platform. is not a routine developer role.We are looking for a strong builder who can think like a product engineer, architect systems, code deeply, and use AI tools, agents, and modern platforms to multiply output.You will help build the engineering spine of Avisa across:business blueprintingICP and funnel creationprospect discovery and qualificationoutreach workflowsdashboardsRBAC, auditability, and usage controlsWe are looking for someone who:is based in Pune or ready to relocate immediatelyhas 5–9 years of strong hands-on engineering experienceis excellent in Python/backend systemsunderstands LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, embeddings, APIscan build fast using AI coding tools, managed services, and modern dev platformscan work directly with founders in a fast-moving environmentis mature, hardworking, curious, disciplined, and low-egoknows when to build from scratch and when to leverage the right platformThis role is ideal for someone who:enjoys taking a complex idea and turning it into a working productcan operate with ownership and little handholdingwants to build something meaningful from the ground upis excited by the future of AI, AGI, agentic systems, and practical product executionBonus if you have:built products from zero to first releaseworked on B2B SaaS / enterprise systemsused AI agents and dev copilots seriously in your workflowtouched React / Node enough to ship usable product flowsworked with cloud systems like AWS or AzureWhat success looks likeIn the first few months, you would help make Avisa pilot-ready with working core flows and a strong product foundation.ImportantThis role is Pune-based.
