You’ll work across frontend and backend, focusing on whatever best solves the problem. You’ll lead 0→1 projects with real autonomy and help drive Nexo Money’s AI strategy.Who You AreYou’re fluent across the full build lifecycle and start from the customer:• Identify problems and shape them into sharp product opportunities• Prototype and design quickly• Build and launch production-ready features• Get products in front of users and measure real impactYou’ve worn many hats and used AI tools deeply for over a year—Claude Code, Cursor, etc., are core to how you work. You orchestrate AI agents, use advanced skills/MCPs, and adopt new stacks fast.You’ll Thrive If You Have:• Strong product sense—you ask “why” before “how.”• 3–6 years shipping software as a technical PM or user-focused product engineer• Deep strength in one area, with solid breadth elsewhere• Comfort reading code and tweaking CI/CD when needed• A track record of shipping to real usersThis Probably Isn’t for You If: You need detailed specs, prefer narrow specialization, dislike ambiguity, value perfect code over customer outcomes, or want rigid 2-week sprint routines.
