We integrate IT and OT systems to build intelligent, scalable, and high-performance industrial environments.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with strong expertise in industrial automation systems and factory deployments.This role involves end-to-end design, architecture, integration, and commissioning of automation solutions including PLC systems, Conveyor & material handling systems, Industrial sensors & actuators, SCADA & HMI platforms, Robotics system deployments, End-to-end system integrationIf you enjoy designing automation architectures and bringing systems to life on the shop floor, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesIndustrial System Design & ArchitectureDesign automation architectures including PLC panels, networking, and SCADA integrationDevelop control philosophies, system layouts, and electrical architecture documentationDefine scalable hardware selection standardsPLC & SCADA EngineeringProgram and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron preferred)Develop HMI/SCADA interfacesImplement structured ladder logic and industrial communication protocolsSystem IntegrationIntegrate conveyors, robotics, sensors, and vision systemsWork with Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA and similar protocolsEnsure seamless cross-platform integrationDeployment & CommissioningLead FAT & SAT activitiesSupport on-site commissioning and troubleshootingValidate system performance in live factory environmentsVendor & Customer CoordinationCoordinate with vendors for hardware selectionWork closely with plant teams and operations leadersProvide documentation, training, and post-deployment supportQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or related field5+ years of experience in Industrial Automation & Factory SystemsExperience delivering complex automation or robotics projectsStrong background in system layout planning and solution designRequired Technical SkillsPLC Programming (Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron)SCADA & HMI DevelopmentConveyor & Material Handling IntegrationIndustrial Sensors & ActuatorsIndustrial Communication ProtocolsControl Panel Design & Electrical ArchitectureRobotics Deployment & CommissioningFAT/SAT ExecutionElectrical Systems DebuggingPreferred (Added Advantage)Experience integrating Machine Vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, etc.)Exposure to robotics + AI-enabled industrial systemsPython / C++ knowledgeWhy Join Us?At Eternal Robotics, you will:Work on cutting-edge industrial automation & robotics systemsDeploy real-world factory solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teamsContribute to high-impact industrial transformation projectsIf you are passionate about automation, system design, and delivering high-performance industrial systems, we’d love to connect.
