The vision is to be market leader in offering diversified technology solutions and realize sustainable growth and a benchmark in driving excellence, promoting shared values for future.About the RoleInvolvement in new product industrialization.ResponsibilitiesRFQ preparation, concept finalization, techno commercial comparison, design approval, installation & commissioning of assembly equipment’s.Process design & proving for assembly process including pressing, pressing, screwing, welding, manual assembly, welding, leakage testing, functional test, marking etc.Sourcing of equipment and other resources for new projects and continuous improvement.Preparing of process concept and investment estimation for new equipment.Preparing and updating plant layout.Process documentation – preparation and updating.Design of material provision on the production line.Define and execute process validation plan.Continuous Improvement activities such as: Reduction of cycle time,Improve first-time quality.Scrap cost reduction.Proto part assembly & testing with the use of minimal resources. QualificationsBE Mechanical / AutomobileRequired SkillsManufacturing engineering methodologies such as screwing, Pressing, Welding, Functional testing.Assembly manufacturing technologies.New product development as per automotive Standard.Understanding and design of mechatronics assembly and hydraulic assemblies used in automotive components.PSQ, 8D, 5 why for Problem-solving, PFMEA, Line balancing, GD&T basics.Core tools SPC, MSA, PPAP, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office tools at the proficient level.Proficient Knowledge in Q-RM software.Screwdriver/Press/Leak test/Flow Test Programming.Prototype Assembly skills. Preferred Experience 5-8 years of Core Industrial Engineering / Process Engineering experience.
