We are focused in technology innovation to accelerate the digital transformation of our customers, end users with a modern process driven development cycle ensuring high quality and scalable solutions that is compliant, secure, high performance and reliable. 7+ years of OTM experience with 2+ full lifecycle implementations in mid-to-large projects across diverse industries.Strong in core OTM functionality: shipment planning & execution, freight settlement, sourcing, fleet management.Advanced skills in SQL, XML, XSL, BI Publisher, and B2B integrations (EDI, API).Expertise in solution design, system architecture, and project management.Proven ability to lead customer onboarding workstreams, mentor teams, and manage change requests.Experience in development & support projects, with excellent team-building and conflict resolution skills.3PL industry experience and knowledge of other OMS/TMS systems is a plus.Educational background: Computer Science.Frontend Arts is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
