Located in Pune, as a Junior architect, one shall be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural and interior projects along with project executions, estimations, site coordinations and project deliverablesThe role offers fist hand experiences to freshers / junior architects to develop knowledge and seek practical experiences of projects at all stages from concept to executions along with insights into estimations, detailing, vendor managements and client acquisitions.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Architecture.Proficiency in Architectural software (Design | Visualization | Detailing).Preferred software skills : Auto-CAD | Sketchup | Lumion | Enscape | Photoshop.Upgrading abilities in the field of Artificial intelligence and computational design.Communication and Presentation skills.Driven with design sensibilities and design trends.Ability to develop architectural designs, understanding code of practices.Understanding building-bylaws, construction standards and material specifications.
