Job Details:Role: Senior Agentic AI EngineerWork Location: Chennai/PuneJob Type: Work from OfficeDepartment: TechnologyResponsibilities: Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevantframeworks. Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.2025 XBP Global Privileged & Confidential Page | 3 Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIsand other interfaces. Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledgemanagement within AI agents. Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen,AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers,and other engineers. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies. Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform. Deploy solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.Required Skills: 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record ofindependently delivering production-grade backend systems. Proven expertise in Python. Hands-on experience with Langchain. Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2,Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI. Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate). Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in buildingintelligent systems. Proficient with Git for version control. Comfortable working in a Linux environment. Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS,Azure, GCP). Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines forproduction deployments. Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong leadership and management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Planning & Execution. Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills. Proficient in MS Office suite.2025 XBP Global Privileged & Confidential Page | 4Preferred Skills: Experience with BigQuery. Proficiency in one or more additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, orC#. Experience developing multi-agent systems. Experience with serverless architecture and/or containerization technologies (e.g., AWSLambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Functions, Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with local LLM execution and management. Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs. Contributions to open-source AI or agentic projects. Strong understanding of security best practices in AI applications. Familiarity with MLOps principles. Experience with relevant testing frameworks. Understanding of AI Ethics and Responsible AI principles. Familiarity with other AI/ML technologies such as computer vision, neural networks, andtime-series analysis.Shyam JSr. HR Analyst, IndiaChennai • IndiaM: +91 98.408.33.4.16
