We’re Hiring – Electrical / EV Testing EngineerExperience Required: 3–9 YearsQualification: B.Tech/BEIndustry: Construction Equipment / Off-Highway / Automotive (EV/Hybrid)If you’re passionate about Electric / Hybrid Vehicle technology, High Voltage Systems, and Machine Testing, this opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities:- Electric Machine Build for EV / Hybrid platforms - Machine endurance testing with focus on electrical architecture - DVPSOR-based Electrical & Electronics validation - HV systems testing (~650V+): motors, converters, batteries, BMS & charging technology - Conduct safety-critical tests, homologation assessments & report sign-offs - Troubleshoot electrical systems using harness schematics - Perform proto build activities with hands-on testing, instrumentation & diagnosis - Lead endurance tests (Battery performance, CAN analysis, traction drives) - Data acquisition & analysis (IMC experience preferred)What You Bring:✔ Experience in High Voltage EV systems testing (AC/DC)✔ Strong proto-build & shop-floor exposure✔ Hands-on experience in testing, instrumentation, SOP execution & DVPSOR validation✔ Familiarity with ECUs, vehicle displays, safety systems & testing tools✔ Background in Construction Equipment / Off-Highway / Automotive (Bus/Truck) preferred✨ Nice to Have:- Knowledge of homologation testing - R&D proto shop experience - Instrumentation & endurance field testing exposureInterested candidates can share their CV at swati.shikha@
