Engineering Manager – U.S. Residential Solar PV & Energy Storage

Nabu Enterprise LLP is part of Nabu Energy, a California-based clean energy company that is a proudmember of CALSSA (California Solar & Storage Association). We specialize inresidential solar PV and battery energy storage system design, permitting, and engineering for U.S.markets.Key Responsibilities• Lead and mentor a team of solar PV and energy storage design engineers.• Manage and review U.S. residential permit and construction plan sets.• Ensure compliance with NEC, IRC, UL, and utility interconnection standards.• Oversee quality assurance, workflow optimization, and project delivery timelines.• Collaborate with U.S. operations teams on process and design improvements.• Utilize AutoCAD, HelioScope, Aurora Solar, and PVsyst for high-quality design work.Required Qualifications• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.• 5+ years of experience in residential solar PV and storage design (U.S. market preferred).• 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role.• Strong understanding of NEC 2020/2023, UL 9540, UL 1741, and U.S. permitting processes.• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Preferred Skills• Experience with energy storage systems (Tesla Powerwall, Enphase IQ Battery, FranklinWH,etc.).• Knowledge of U.S. AHJ and utility submittal requirements.• PMP or equivalent project management certification.How to ApplySend your updated resume and portfolio of solar design projects to careers@ withthe subject line: “Engineering Manager, U.S. Solar and Storage, Pune.”
