The company is known for its deep domain expertise in process engineering and a strong focus on innovation, quality, and practical solutions tailored to client needs.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and validate process simulations using tools such as Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, Aspen EDR, Aspen Adsorption, and HTRI. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to simulation models and process performance. - Conduct adequacy checks and support process optimization for existing plant operations. - Apply advanced knowledge of separation technologies including distillation, extraction, evaporation, chemical reactions, adsorption, pervaporation, etc. - Perform detailed Heat and Mass Balance (HMB) calculations and hydraulic analysis across various process systems. - Execute equipment sizing for unit operations such as distillation columns, heat exchangers, evaporators, separators, and pumps. - Collaborate with the engineering and proposal teams to provide accurate and timely technical inputs. - Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.Preferred Skills:- Proficiency in AspenTech simulation software and HTRI. - Strong grasp of chemical/process engineering fundamentals. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
