Our solutions are focused on modern technologies and are enabled by a scientific, data-driven system called Decision Mines for Digital ExcellenceThe GenAI Lead Engineer is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of Generative AI–powered solutions. The role demands strong coding background along with technical expertise in AI/ML systems, LLM integration, and cloud-native engineering practices with strong leadership in guiding teams through execution. The Technical Lead ensures high-quality, scalable, and production-ready GenAI implementations aligned with business and product objectives.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end design and development of GenAI applications and intelligent systems, from prototype to production. - Drive hands-on implementation using frameworks such as LangChain, Amazon Bedrock, and OpenAI models (GPT series, embeddings, fine-tuning, etc.). - Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures to build robust, context-aware AI solutions. - Implement and enforce engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, observability, and security gates. - Ensure production readiness - covering monitoring, instrumentation, model evaluation, and performance optimization. - Collaborate with seniors and engineers to define system architecture, data pipelines, and integration patterns for GenAI workloads. - Guide and mentor engineers within the team; conduct code reviews and technical design sessions. - Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, measurable technical deliverables. - Stay current with emerging trends in GenAI, LLM orchestration, and cloud AI services (preferably), bringing new ideas into practice.Key Skills & Experience:- 7–10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 1+ years in GenAI systems. - Proficiency in Python and practical experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Bedrock APIs for LLM-based solution development. - Strong understanding of system design, and API integration. - Must have experience with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, observability). - Good to have hands-on experience with one of the cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Exposure to vector databases, embedding models, and prompt optimization techniques. - Ability to lead a small team or pod of engineers, providing technical direction and mentorship. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
